With your personalized site plan and engineered floorplan in hand, we submit your project to the local jurisdiction for permitting. Once permits are approved, which typically takes 2-3 months, construction begins.
We'll introduce you to your Hiatus-Certified builder and begin construction on your Hiatus at Home ADU. Our ADUs are stick-built on your site and typically take about 4-6 months to complete.
