Inspired by the cottage-living models in our popular flagship Hiatus Benham community. HIATUS NINTH is our newest model for small-scale, flexible living. This project introduces our “twin home” model: each lot will contain two living units—a 1-bedroom unit with a fully finished garage and a separate studio ADU above the garage.
