The lofted, open 1-bedroom model offers 598 square feet (including two lofts), using a 400-square-foot footprint to create almost 600 square feet of usable space. The homes are cedar-clad with large outdoor decks that include storage benches and bike boxes. The energy-efficient and space-saving design features sleeping and multi-use lofts, furniture, storage-integrated stairs, and a customizable Kerf Wall.
