You walk us through the site, your goals, and your timeline. We share our initial read on fit and how we'd scope the work. If we're aligned, we send a written scope and fee proposal within 5 business days.

Most feasibility studies run 2-4 weeks and range from $10K to $30K. We handle zoning, site planning, infrastructure cost estimating, market research, and pro forma modeling.

You receive a feasibility report, site concept options, infrastructure cost estimate, and pro forma model. We walk through it with our recommendation: acquire, walk away, or pivot.

You introduce your project: timelines, vision, and capital needs. We assess capital readiness and the right structure for the project..

You provide pro formas, plans, and market research. We layer in third-party research to validate the assumptions and decide if the project fits our investor base.

We structure the deal so investors can understand it and you can sponsor it. We market to our network of investors and help you market to yours. Once capital is raised, we handle distributions, K-1s, and waterfall calculations.


Working with Us

Feasibility engagements typically range from $10,000 to $30,000, scoped to the project. Capital structuring fees are project-dependent and outlined in the engagement letter.
